    How to connect

    1. Link your computer. In the Gydmation app open Settings → AI assistants and click Link this computer, then confirm the code here on gydmation.com.
    2. Add Gydmation to your AI app with this address:
      Claude.ai: Settings → Connectors → Add custom connector. ChatGPT: Settings → Apps → Advanced → Developer mode → Create app.
    3. Sign in and click Allow. Keep the Gydmation app running on your computer while you use it.
