1. What Gydmation is
Gydmation is a self-hosted application that generates n8n workflow automations from natural-language descriptions. It runs on your own machine via Docker. By installing or using it, you agree to these terms.
2. AI-generated output — review before you rely on it
Gydmation uses AI models to generate workflows, and validates them against real n8n schemas before showing them to you. Even so, AI-generated output can be wrong. Generated workflows are provided as-is, and you're responsible for reviewing a workflow before activating it — the same way you'd review any automation before putting it into production, whether you built it yourself or someone else did.
We are not liable for outcomes resulting from a generated workflow you deployed without reviewing it, including data loss, incorrect notifications, or unintended actions taken by that workflow.
3. Accounts and plans
Free plan: 5 workflow generations per month, using your own API key for whichever supported model you choose. The full template library is available for the first 5 days after you verify your email; after that, the Free plan includes the 5 top-rated templates in each category plus 5 community templates of your choice. Pro includes the whole template library.
Pro plan: $29/month plus any local sales tax or VAT (international, billed by Dodo Payments) or ₹1,999/month plus 18% GST — ₹2,358.82/month in total (India, billed via Razorpay). It includes 1,000 AI credits per month against our managed models, with no API key requirement. You can also add your own API key for any model on Pro — those generations don't draw from your credit balance. You can cancel anytime from your account page at gydmation.com/account, or by emailing support@hacroo.com; you keep Pro access through the end of your current billing period, then your account reverts to Free.
Licence keys: Pro is activated with a licence key, which is shown on your account page and emailed to you after payment. The key is personal to you: keep it private, because anyone who has it can use your credits. A key works on up to 3 computers at a time; you can see and remove computers, or replace a leaked key, on your account page. Sharing, reselling or publishing a licence key is not allowed.
Credit top-ups: Pro subscribers can buy one-time AI credit top-ups of $5, $10 or $25, or any whole-dollar amount from $5 to $100, billed via Razorpay. Each $1 adds 100 AI credits to your balance once the payment is verified. Top-ups are charged in Indian rupees at ₹88 per $1, plus 18% GST, and we email a GST tax invoice for every payment in rupees. A top-up is a single purchase, not a subscription. Unused top-up credits carry over from month to month while your Pro plan is active; each month's included credits are used first.
Taxes: Prices in Indian rupees are shown before GST. Goods and Services Tax at 18% is added at checkout and shown on your invoice. For international payments, Dodo Payments, as merchant of record, calculates your local sales tax, VAT or GST, adds it at checkout, and pays it to the tax authority.
We may change pricing or plan features with notice. Changes won't retroactively apply to a billing period you've already paid for.
4. Third-party services
Gydmation routes generation requests through third-party AI providers (Anthropic, OpenAI-compatible providers, or Groq, depending on your plan and model choice) and processes Pro payments through Razorpay (payments in INR) and Dodo Payments (international payments). For international purchases, Dodo Payments is the merchant of record: it sells the subscription to you and handles sales tax, and its own terms apply to that purchase. Your use of Gydmation means you also accept that your requests are subject to those providers' own terms where applicable. See our Privacy Policy for details on what's sent to whom.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to use Gydmation to:
- Generate workflows intended to violate any law, or n8n's own terms of service
- Attempt to circumvent usage limits, billing, licence verification or the per-licence device limit
- Share, sell or publish your licence key, or use someone else's
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or redistribute the application itself
- Use the service to build automations intended to harm, harass, or deceive third parties
6. Your data and your workflows
Workflows you generate belong to you. We claim no ownership over anything Gydmation produces for you. Since your data stays on your own machine, you're responsible for backing it up — we have no copy of it and cannot recover it if it's lost locally.
7. Service availability
Pro-tier generation depends on our central licensing and billing servers being reachable. We aim for high availability but don't guarantee uninterrupted service. The Free tier with your own API key has no dependency on our servers beyond initial license checks.
8. Termination
You can stop using Gydmation and delete your account at any time. We may suspend an account for violating the acceptable use terms above, with notice where reasonably possible.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the product changes. Material changes will be reflected here with an updated date at the top of this page.
