Cookie Policy

Last updated: October 2026

Gydmation's website doesn't use cookies for tracking, analytics, or advertising. It sets exactly one cookie — only when you sign in to your account. Here's what it loads, and why.

This is a plain-language starting point, not a substitute for legal advice. It describes, honestly, what this website actually does — which, when it comes to cookies, is very little.

The short version

This site has no analytics cookies, no advertising or retargeting cookies, and no tracking cookies. The only cookie we set is a strictly necessary sign-in cookie on the account page, used only to keep you signed in. Because it's essential for a feature you ask for, there's no cookie consent banner.

What this site doesn't use

  • No analytics cookies — we don't run Google Analytics or any similar tool on this site.
  • No advertising or retargeting pixels.
  • No first-party tracking cookies of our own. (If you arrive from a link such as ?utm_source=reddit, your browser tab keeps that source in temporary tab storage, not a cookie, until you close the tab; it reaches us only if you create an account or use the free demo page. See our Privacy Policy.)
  • No cookie consent banner — the one cookie we set is strictly necessary for signing in, so there's nothing for it to ask permission for.

The one cookie we set: signing in

When you sign in at gydmation.com/account, we set a single cookie, __Host-gyd_session, so you stay signed in while you manage your plan and licence. It:

  • is set only after you sign in, and only for gydmation.com;
  • holds a random session token — no personal details — and can't be read by scripts on the page;
  • expires after 30 days (or 14 days unused), and is deleted when you sign out;
  • is never used for tracking, analytics or advertising.

The few third-party resources this site loads

A page can't be built from nothing — a handful of things load from outside our own server. None of them set a cookie on gydmation.com:

Google Fonts

We load our typefaces directly from Google's font servers. Google's font-serving API doesn't set cookies, though your browser does send a request — and your IP address — to Google's CDN to fetch the font files themselves.

The contact form

Submitting our contact form sends your message directly to FormSubmit.co's API, which forwards it to our inbox. That's a one-time request, not a cookie, and it doesn't set anything on gydmation.com.

GitHub & YouTube links

Our nav and footer link out to our GitHub repository and YouTube channel. Nothing from either is embedded on this site — visiting them is subject to GitHub's and YouTube's own cookie policies, not ours.

Checkout

When you subscribe, payment happens in Razorpay's checkout window (payments in INR) or in Dodo Payments' checkout (international payments). Those providers may set their own cookies during checkout, under their own cookie policies — nothing is loaded from them until you start a checkout.

The demo video

The product demo video on our homepage is a plain video file served from our own server — not an embedded YouTube or Vimeo player, so it doesn't carry any of their tracking with it.

The Gydmation app itself

This policy covers the gydmation.com website only. Gydmation the product is self-hosted — it runs on your own server, using your own n8n instance. Any cookies the app itself uses to keep you signed in exist entirely within your own infrastructure; they're not something Hacroo Technologies sets, sees, or controls. See our Privacy Policy for more on what data reaches us versus what stays on your machine.

If this ever changes

If we ever add analytics or advertising to this site, we'll update this page — and add a proper cookie consent banner — before that happens, not after.
