Questions

What is an AI credit?

Credits pay for the Claude models built into Pro. Each request uses credits based on the actual AI work it takes: a small workflow uses a few, a large multi-step build with Claude Opus uses more. Anything you build with your own API key uses no credits.

Do prices include tax?

No. Outside India, Dodo Payments is the merchant of record and adds your local sales tax or VAT at checkout. In India, 18% GST is added and you receive a GST invoice.

How can I pay?

Worldwide: cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay through Dodo Payments, billed in USD. In India: UPI, cards and netbanking through Razorpay, billed in rupees.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes, with no minimum term. Pro stays active until the end of the period you paid for, then your account moves to Free. Your workflows and history stay as they are.

Do you offer refunds?

No. Pro payments and credit top-ups are final, so we suggest trying the Free plan first. See the Refund Policy for details.

Can I use my own API key on Pro?

Yes. Add your own key for any supported model on any plan. Workflows built on your own key don’t use your credits.
